Redmond Municipal Campus Master Plan

Landscape architecture and urban design for an 18-acre civic campus in downtown Redmond, adjacent to the Sammamish River.
This 18-acre municipal civic campus includes a new City Hall and parking garage in addition to the existing Public Safety Building and Senior Center. The campus is located in downtown Redmond; the master plan evolved based on thorough input from City staff and community members.
Our project role included developing and organizing open space programs and conceptual designs while coordinating with City Staff. Connections between the Sammamish River and the civic campus are strengthened and the plan calls for environmentally sensitive design that will mitigate the impact of future development.
