Albert Davis Park

Landscape architecture and urban design for renovation of a public park in Lake City as part of a larger civic master plan.
In conjunction with a proposed library expansion, the renovated park was designed to integrate with a new public plaza and an existing community center. Working with the City of Seattle Fleets and Facilities Department, the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Seattle Public Library, we revised a previous master plan concept to create a new scheme that saved existing trees in the park, placed underground parking immediately adjacent to the library and community center and created an on-structure plaza atop the garage.
