Redmond Town Center
Redmond, WA

Landscape architecture for a 120-acre retail, office and hotel development south of downtown Redmond.

As project landscape architect, Hewitt was responsible for design and construction documents for the open space and landscape improvements, streetscape and street trees and other public amenities (such as plazas, fountains and trail systems). Fifty-percent of the site is reserved for public open space and passive recreational uses.

The plan includes 1.4 million square feet of leasable space oriented along a new, open air street grid system, which was extended from the existing Redmond downtown street pattern.
