he art deco inspired six-story and nearly 100,000 square foot building houses Federal, State and Local government offices and provides a civic core for downtown Bremerton. In response to the civic and urban nature of the Norm Dicks Government Center, Hewitt designed a landscape and open space system that supports the precision of the building's function and prudently enriches the site.
