Hewitt is providing landscape architecture design for a new downtown Kent destination with an outdoor civic plaza, retail, restaurants, Green River Community College, a multiplex theater and more than 100 residential units. The 30,000 square foot civic plaza is the focal point of the development and symbolizes the city's identity.
