Architecture and landscape architecture for a mixed-use residential condominium in Belltown.
The Klee is comprised of two buildings with a central courtyard over a shared 175-car parking garage. The north concrete tower contains 98 condominiums and the adjacent southern wood-frame building includes an additional 40 units. The Klee has a total of 18,000 square feet of commercial space at the base of the buildings.
A landscaped garden surrounds the entrance and welcomes everyone who enters the Klee. Large windows in both buildings overlook the lush courtyard, which is a small oasis amidst the dense Belltown neighborhood.
