Project Manager
DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking two architects with a minimum of ten years of architectural experience, including five years managing large projects through construction, for mixed-use residential projects. Qualified candidates will communicate effectively and understand all phases of design through construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
• professional degree in Architecture
• architectural registration and LEED® accreditation preferred
• multi-family residential experience essential
• ability to manage fees and design schedules
• excellent organizational skills
• ability to lead team, coordinate clients and consultants, and delegate tasks
• strong technical knowledge in architectural coordination and detailing
• proficiency with AutoCAD/ADT, MS Office and Project
